GCC residents and tourists from around the world will be flocking to the city looking for bargains in the DSS annual shopping bonanza. With over 6,000 stores participating and each mall undertaking a programme of events for children of all ages, Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) is one of the highlights of the summer calendar.
