Birdcage: Dining With A Story
Updated on 04 November 2022

Birdcage is a great location if you are looking for a pick-me-up during the week or for a weekend with a night to remember.

Located on the 3rd floor of Pullman Downtown Hotel, the lounge and bar is created with a beautiful message and theme in mind.

Birdcage uses the central theme of the venue to depict the story of Jonathan Gold, as he experiences love and heartbreak, while going through all the stages of grief and finally coming out anew.

The beverages at the lounge follow his journey and cater to the different stages a person goes through in life, with drinks including rainbow lori, sweet sickle, fly catcher, Victoria's crown and more.

As you walk into the venue, revel in stepping into a great ambience, ideal for either catching up with friends or having a great night out.

Laid out in an aesthetic setting with pink lights to set the vibe, the venue is perfect for getting stunning Instagram pictures, with each area decked out in different ways, sure to capture memories through picturesque photos.

The food choices are endless, and serve diners with a mix of delicious Asian and Latin flavours.

Delight in starters, including baby squid, black tiger prawns, raw bar, plantain chips and more, where the chorizo gyoza is definitely a must-try.

For mains, choose from a variety of dishes, including the porter house steak, Brazilian seafood stew, heritage baby chicken and more.

If you have a sweet tooth and cannot end a meal without dessert, enjoy sinking your teeth into mochi, burnt ube cheesecake, vegan ice cream and more.

To keep you on your feet, the DJ will play tunes that are sure to keep you on your feet and dancing the night away.

The venue is open from 6pm to 2am from Tuesday to Thursday and from 6pm to 3am from Friday to Sunday.
