From celebrating Thanksgiving with friends and family, new menus to afternoon tea, here are some of the restaurants to try out this week.

Thanksgiving at CMP Bar and Grill

CMP Bar and Grill at The Pointe Palm Jumeirah is hosting a special Thanksgiving dinner on 25 November. Enjoy a 24 hour braised slow roast turkey along with roast potatoes, Brussel sprouts, sourdough stuffing, parker house rolls, homemade gravy and apple pie. The meal is priced at Dhs 200.


Secret Brunch at Cafe Belge

Delight in a fantastic Secret Brunch at Cafe Belge at the Ritz Carlton DIFC, every Friday. Enjoy a variety of appetisers, mains and desserts with dishes including beef tartare, seared salmon, risotto and more. The brunch will run from 1pm to 4.30pm and will have prices starting from Dhs 345.


Thanksgiving Brunch at Soho Garden

Enjoy a delightful Thanksgiving brunch at Soho Garden at Nad Al Sheba on 25 November. Relish in a 3-course comfort food meal with dishes like turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie with cinnamon ice cream and sides including beef bacon with potatoes and cheese terrine, roasted Brussel sprouts and more. The meal is priced at Dhs 299.


Afternoon Tea at S Bar

Enjoy a delightful afternoon tea at S Bar on floor 71 of SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences. The tea is hosted by Chef Daubinet in collaboration with Chef Middle East. Relish in pastries and cakes including melting heart illanka cookies, tiramisu tartlet, signature Daubinet gnocchi, amatika chocolate tartlet and more while delighting the stunning views of the city. Prices start at Dhs 245.


Thanksgiving with Café Society

Café Society at Dubai Marina is celebrating Thanksgiving with a turkey to go offer for a special celebration with family and friends. Enjoy a delicious turkey with a variety of sides along with a complimentary dessert of pecan pie, dark chocolate tart and more, for every turkey order. The offer is available in three sizes, 6kgs for Dhs 350, 8kg for Dhs 450 and 10kg for Dhs 600. Specific locations will be charged an extra of Dhs 100 for delivery.


All You Can Eat Breakfast at Farzi Cafe

Farzi Cafe at City Walk and Mall of the Emirates is offering diners with an all you can eat breakfast special, through the month of November. Available every Friday and Saturday, the restaurant will serve up a muesli bowl, brioche french toast, eggs with sausages, guacamole and toast edamame, golden pancakes and more. The meal is priced at Dhs 79 and will be available from 10am to 12pm.


Thanksgiving Brunch at Liwan Restaurant

Liwan Restaurant at Swissotel Al Ghurair is offering a family-friendly 'Around the World' brunch for Thanksgiving. The menu will feature balsamic glazed wagyu beef skewers, duck confit galantine, a live carving station for honey-glazed whole turkey with trimmings and more. The brunch will be on 26 November from 12.30pm to 4pm, with prices starting from Dhs 175 for adults, Dhs 88 for children aged six to twelve years and below six is free.


UAE National Day Treats at Yamanote 

Yamanote, the delicious Japanese bakery and cafe is celebrating the UAE's 50th National Day by launching special treats. Delight in a menu made with local ingredients including dates coconut croissant, kunafa brioche cream, rahash, orange blueberry brioche, chocolate ring and a special Spirit of Nation, which is a Ya Baum cake. The menu is available from 25 November to 3 December and is available at all Yamanote stores as well as online. Prices start at Dhs 19.


Thanksgiving Quiz Night at Spike Sports Bar and Terrace

What better way to spend Thanksgiving than by participating in a fun quiz night! Answer away to the 'longest running quiz in Dubai' at Spike Sports Bar and Terrace at Emirates Golf Club, while enjoying a delicious Thanksgiving buffet and a bottle of grape, with prices starting from Dhs 105. The quiz night will be held on 21 November and will run from 7.30pm and 10.30pm.


New Menu with OSH

OSH, a contemporary Uzbek restaurant at La Mer has launched a new menu with a range of delicious dishes and drinks inspired by the Uyghur cuisines. The new menu offers 31 new dishes including black samsa, tawook osh, a twist on the classic burrata, napoleon shashlik beef and more.


Friendsgiving Drunch at Lo+Cal Restaurant

Go back to the 90s and celebrate Thanksgiving with the Friends television show at Lo+Cale Restaurant at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. The brunch will be held on 25 November from 8pm to 11pm and will offer dishes from the show including tater tots, Brussel sprouts, Ross's moist maker sandwich, chocolate pie and the English trifle as well as other dishes like a sushi corner, cheese display, roasted turkey, shrimp biryani and more. Prices start at Dhs 149.


Chili Joe with Slaw and CarniStore

Slaw at Jumeirah 1 has teamed up with CarniStore, a homegrown butchery and smokehouse, to release new themed burgers every week till 3 December. Delight in the Chili Joe at Slaw till 26 November. The Chili Joe will feature a beef patty with American cheese, dill pickles, chili con carne and buttermilk ranch sauce in a bun, with the burger priced at Dhs 45.


Thanksgiving Feast at The Rose and Crown

The Rose and Crown at the Atrium at Al Habtoor City are hosting a Thanksgiving feast. The meal will offer a roast turkey roulade with traditional trimmings, turkey jus and Yorkshire pudding as well as a no-bake pumpkin cheesecake. The offer is available from 12pm onwards on Thanksgiving Day with the main priced at Dhs 90 and the dessert at Dhs 40.


Black Friday Sale at H Hotel

H Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road is offering individuals a 50% discount on a mini getaway for bookings made from 12pm on 25 to 27 November. On staying at the hotel, guests can delight in Dhs 500 credit on dining with a purchase of a Dhs 250 voucher. The credit is redeemable at the hotel managed properties including Eat and Meat, H Bar, Diademas, The Gallery and Glow Pool Lounge. The double value voucher is also redeemable at the Spa for a credit of Dhs 600 on buying a voucher for Dhs 300. The offer is valid for bookings made from 26 November 2021 to 30 September 2022.
