ADRIFT Burger Bar Is Back In Dubai!
Updated on 03 November 2022

ADRIFT Burger Bar, the iconic restaurant serving diners mouth-watering burgers, is back in Dubai, after a successful run during Expo 2020 Dubai.

Running for a limited time, the pop-up store is serving an exclusive menu for six weeks at the Rove Expo 2020 Hotel.

Launched by Michelin-starred chef David Myers during the global pandemic in 2020 at Venice Beach in California, the venue has since made waves with its signature burgers and handmade shakes.

During the restaurant's time at Expo 2020 Dubai, over 115,000 burgers were sold over a five-and-a-half-month period.

The special menu features the best from the restaurant, including the 1940s classic burger, the DM burger, the Adrift burger, curry leaves fries, fried mushrooms, strawberry and vanilla shake and chocolate and miso caramel shake.

Prices start at Dhs 45 for the burgers and Dhs 15 for the sides.

After the six weeks, the pop-up is expected to continue to serve diners and will move from Rove Expo 2020 Hotel to the other Rove Hotels across Dubai.

David Myers said, "ADRIFT Burger Bar is a concept that’s near and dear to my heart so I’m excited to return to Expo City, this time for our pop-up collaboration with Rove Hotels. I had an amazing time experiencing Expo 2020 Dubai during ADRIFT Burger Bar’s residency in the Mobility District, and I feel just as nostalgic about our Rove pop-up as I hope our Dubai fans do. Although Expo 2020 attracted people from all across the globe, - amazingly - more than 9 in 10 of our guests were in fact UAE residents, so I hope to see a lot of familiar faces at our Rove Expo 2020 pop-up."

For more information, visit the ADRIFT Burger Bar website or follow the Instagram page to stay updated.
