Dubai Comedy Festival 2021 Lineup

The Dubai Comedy Festival is back and is bigger and funnier than ever with an amazing lineup of comedians that will have you laughing the entire night away.

The festival will take place from 13 to 22 May at Madinat Jumeriah in partnership with Dubai Calendar, Brag, Live Nation and Dxb Live.

The lineup will feature Gad Elmaleh, Eddie Griffin, Maz Jobrani, Nemr, Alexander Revva, Mikhail Galustyan and Yevgeniy Chebatkov.

Iranian - American comedian, Maz Jobrani is a fan favourite with his amazing comedy performances that will have you reminiscing on his jokes for days. He is a regular guest on 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert' and 'The Late Late Show with James Corden' and is also the founder of 'The Axis of Evil' comedy tour.

French - Moroccan Gad Elmaleh is known widely in France, Morocco and the United States for his comedy acts. He has starred in features films including 'Coco' and 'Midnight in Paris'. He was voted the funniest person in France so his performances are sure to be hilarious.

Eddie Griffin has been a part of the comedy circuit since 1990. He has starred in 2018's 'A Star Is Born' with the likes of Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga. He has also starred in his own Showtime comedy show titled, 'Eddie Griffin: Undeniable' and is sure to have you giggling with happiness.

Starring in his 2017 comedy special titled, 'No Bombing in Beirut', Nemr is a popular comedy performer known around the Middle East. He has appeared on CNN, BBC HARDTalk and ‘The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore’ and has written seven feature shows which led to tours in Europe, the United States and the Middle East.

The Laughter Factory will also be a part of the Dubai Comedy Festival with their 'Downright Nasty' tour featuring hilarious stand-up comedians Agnostino Zoida, George Zach and Ari Matti Mustonen. Tickets for the May tour are available on The Laughter Factory website.

Russian comedians Alexander Revva and Mikhail Galustyan will perform their show, ‘Funny and Even Funnier’ on 18 May at the Dubai Opera. The comical duo will have you laughing through tears with the amazing comedy set.

For the first time, Dubai Comedy Festival will be putting up a Comedy Bizarre with live entertainment, food music, games and definitely a whole bunch of laughs. The Comedy Bizzare at Madinat Jumeriah is sure to be a fun time with family and friends.
