With schools about to close for a couple of months and summer holidays right around the corner, for those staying in Dubai, it can be a challenge to keep the little youngsters busy, active and occupied all the time. Don't fret, there are a whole heap of things going on that will make sure they are never bored and not under your feet. From day adventures that will be perfect for some family fun and bonding to summer camps that will keep them busy with excitement, activities and fun, here are some just some of the things to check out this summer.

OliOli's Discoverer's And Adventurer's Summer Camp

OliOli is hosting fun and interactive summer camps for kids to enjoy during their summer break. The Discoverer's Camp will be held in the morning and will have a time travelling theme and will explore the modern era, prehistoric era, future era and more daily. The Adventurer's Summer Camp will be held in the afternoons and will focus on daily themes including Science Sundays, Messy Mondays, Tech Tuesdays, Wacky Wednesdays and Treasure Hunt Thursdays. The camp will run from 4 July to 26 August with prices starting from Dhs 790.

Bounce Summer Holiday Camp

Bounce is hosting a great summer camp for children that love freestyling on the trampoline. The camp will offer trampoline techniques, free running tips, ninja squad training, games as well as parkour coaching. The camp will run from 4 July to 26 August and is available at all locations around the UAE. Prices start at Dhs 190 for a day or Dhs 750 per week. Siblings can avail a 10% discount.

Explorer's Fun At Aventura Parks

Aventura Parks is offering children a learning and activity-rich summer camp during the holidays. The camp will focus on physical education, science, the arts, life skills and will also cover a series of STEAM workshops. Fun activities will include zip-lining, exploring treetop trails and more. The camp will run from 27 July to 26 August and will be priced at Dhs 240 for a day.

Summer Camp In The Rainforest

The Green Planet is offering an eco-friendly and sustainable summer camp this year. The camp will run from 4 July to 18 August from Sunday to Wednesday every week. Kids will be able to experience over 3,000 wildlife species, nature-based arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, explorations, treasure hunts and more. Tickets per day are priced at Dhs 225.

Fun Activities At Splash N Party

Splash N Party is a great summer camp for all the children that love activity and running around. Places To Visit

The Green Planet

The Green Planet is an indoor rainforest in Dubai and is definitely a must-visit. Located at City Walk, the tropical rainforest is created within a biodome and is home to a multitude of animals, reptiles and birds. Enjoy spending time discovering the various animals with experiences including Snorkeling with Piranhas, Camping in the Rainforest, Zookeeper for a Day and Thunderstorm at the Green Planet. The Green Planet is also offering UAE residents a Kids Go Free offer where on one paying adult ticket, two children can enter for free till 8 July. Tickets start from Dhs 89.

Museum Of Illusions

If you love illusions that play tricks on your mind, the Museum of Illusions is a great place to visit.
