The weekend is here and bringing it with it the start of seven days of events and activities and so much to do in Dubai. From the November Laughter Factory tour to the Wailers performing at the Irish Village, and the start of the ultimate event for car enthusiasts, here are some things to go to over the next seven days.

Performing for the first time in Dubai, The Wailers are set to delight the crowds with amazing reggae music. Skechers Performance Run 1

Where The Ripe Market

The Skechers Performance Run is a great event for the whole family. Split into five different races, the first run will offer distances of 2.5km, 5km and 10km. All runners will receive a breakfast box after the race is completed. All participants aged 16 and above need to be fully vaccinated, with the vaccine taken at least 14 days before the race.

Where Festival Bay

Get your exercise in as well as have fun while participating in the Jump First event held by Fitness First. The largest mini-trampoline class will be a great way to enjoy your workout while also bringing your inner child out. The event will host two classes, one for children aged 5 to 11 years old and one for individuals aged 12 and above. Registration will close on 18 November or if spaces run out.

Laughter Nights: Gaurav Kapoor

Gaurav Kapoor, a stand-up comedian and journalist is set to perform two shows at the Emirates Theatre at Emirates International School in Jumeirah at 5pm and 8pm. Known for his hilarious wit, he has performed and won at Big Mic, Canvas Laugh Club and Chalta Hai and has also opened for Russell Brand during his India tour. His set is sure to be amazing and leave you laughing for days.

Dial M For Murder Play

When 22 and 23 November

Where Dubai Opera

Delight in a play made famous by the 1954 version of the Dial M For Murder movie. Written by Frederick Knott, the story will focus on Tony Wendice, a former tennis player that gives it all up for his wife. When he realises that she has been unfaithful, he starts planning his revenge.

Where Dubai Harbour

The Dubai Motor Show is back with new branding and is now called #NoFilterDXB. The event is set to offer visitors with access to showcases and custom and unique launches from Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Bentley and more. This year's event will focus also on streetwear fashion, sports and music. The event on 24 November will run from 5pm to 10pm.
