Updated on 02 September 2022

The 6th edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge is back for the year.

Held from 29 October to 27 November, the 30-day challenge encourages the public to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day.

The initiative was launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council.

During the 30 days, a wide range of fitness activities from running, cycling, yoga and more will take place around Dubai.

The 6th edition will see the return of the Dubai Cycling Challenge held on 6 November, where families and friends can cycle past the iconic landmarks on Sheikh Zayed Road.

The Dubai Run will also be held at Sheikh Zayed Road for beginners and professionals on 20 November.

More information on the fitness challenge will be announced over the coming weeks.
