This Friday, 9 August, ENCORE features DJ Mister Levier, DJ Moky Semo, and Nana B, who will mix classic hip-hop and R&B hits with the latest tracks. Mister Levier recently opened for Kendrick Lamar’s World Tour, and his talented peers, DJ Moky Semo and Nana B are known for their dynamic sets blending hip hop, funk, house, dance, Afro, reggae, and Latin. The Everyday Life Of Gaza’s Artworks

In February, Mohammed Al-Hawajri and Dina Matar, along with their children, returned to their devastated home and studio in Al-Bureij Refugee Camp in central Gaza to recover their artwork. They managed to save about a hundred pieces, which travelled with them to Cairo, and some even reached Dubai. Join researcher Faris Shomali as he talks with Al-Hawajri about Gaza’s art scene, exploring what happens to art in wartime and the experience of being a contemporary artist in a besieged city.
