Updated on 10 September 2024

SLS Dubai in Business Bay has announced the return of its popular event, Taste of SLS. Building on last year's success, this year's event, themed 'Sounds Around the World', will let you embark on a global journey, without having to leave Dubai. On Friday, 4 October, from 7pm until late, you will enjoy a vibrant fusion of global music, cuisine, and culture, all within Dubai. The night will feature a performance by the renowned entertainer and tech entrepreneur Will.i.am, making Taste of SLS a must-attend event of the season.

At Taste of SLS, your adventure begins at the SLS Terminal in EllaMia on the ground floor, where a DJ sets the mood as you enjoy pre-flight beverages. Ascend to the 71st floor's Sky Lobby and experience the icy wonder of Antarctica with a live 120kg bluefin tuna cutting show, ethereal lighting, and drinks served by the 'Frozen Queen', all while a violinist performs and DJ Rodge energises the crowd.

Next, travel to southern Italy at Fi’lia on level 70. Indulge in traditional Italian dishes prepared by Nonna, Mamma, and Fi’lia, with live Italian music enhancing the experience.

Get ready to head to the next destination on level 74 of SLS Dubai. On level 74 dive into the vibrant energy of South America at Smoke and Mirrors, SLS Dubai’s speakeasy lounge. Dance to salsa rhythms, enjoy live performances, and savour elevated bites and exquisite beverages.

Also on level 74, embark on an Arabian Night adventure with belly dancers, a live DJ, henna artistry, and Arabic delicacies.

The night culminates at Privilege on the 75th floor with a rooftop party transformed into a Miami-inspired paradise. Dance under the stars with performances by Will.i.am and enjoy Dubai’s skyline backdrop.
