Dubai Water Canal is the latest addition to the Dubai scene and serves as an extension of Deira Creek and Business Bay. The development consists of three zones: The Green Network, The Water Network and The Public Realm.

The Dubai Water Canal runs 2.9 kilometres connecting the Business Bay to the Arabian Gulf. The grand opening was held on November 9th that showcased Dubai Water Canal's picturesque arches, waterfall and six-kilometre walkway.

 

The project is expected to host a number of leisure amenities and shopping destinations in the future. Residents can travel around the city through ferries and water taxis. Tourists can also cruise Jumeirah and Business Bay from Deira and Bur Dubai.

Dubai Ferry: Dhs 15 for silver class and Dhs 25 for gold class.
Water Taxi: from Dhs 55 to Dhs 205, Dhs 400 for an hour.
