Updated on 28 February 2024

Get ready to rock and roll in Dubai as the Grammy Award-winning reggae and dancehall star Shaggy, joins forces with the legendary R&B group Blackstreet for a sensational concert at Coca-Cola Arena on 11 May 2024. This exclusive event promises to be a thrilling blend of reggae, dancehall, and soulful R&B music, featuring a mix of chart-topping favourites and fresh hits performed live by Shaggy and Blackstreet.

Known for his smash hits like 'It Wasn't Me', 'Angel', and 'Boombastic', Shaggy continues to wow crowds worldwide with his infectious vibe and charm. Sharing the stage with him is the legendary American R&B group Blackstreet, famous for timeless tunes such as 'No Diggity' and 'Don't Leave Me', promising a night of nostalgia and contemporary musical brilliance.

Shaggy is the only dancehall artist to achieve diamond-selling status, having sold over 40 million albums globally. He's scored eight Billboard Hot 100 singles and landed seven albums on the Billboard 200, four of which cracked the top 40. Additionally, he ranks among Spotify's top three most-streamed reggae artists ever.

With seven Grammy nominations under his belt, Shaggy clinched the award twice for 'Best Reggae Album', once for 'Boombastic' in 1996 and again for '44/876', a collaboration with English musician Sting, in 2019.

Blackstreet made waves with their distinct fusion of R&B, soul, and hip-hop, setting them apart in the music scene. The group's lineup includes Chauncey 'Black' Hannibal, Levi Little, Mark Middleton, and Eric Williams, all contributing to their unique sound and enduring popularity.

So, if you are a fan of R&B music and cannot wait to sway to the tunes of Shaggy and Blackstreet, hurry, grab your tickets now from Coca-Cola Arena's website. Tickets start from Dhs 199.
