Dubai Pet Festival This Weekend

Pet lovers and owners can delight in the Dubai Pet Festival, the largest pet festival in the Middle East.

Held on 27 February from 2pm to 10pm, the event will be held at Souk Al Marfa at Deira Islands.

Free to attend, the event features an number of great things to see including a Police K9 dog squad show, petting farms, dog training demonstrations, dog grooming demos, fancy dress competitions, play areas for kids as well as access to animal and dog adoption agencies.

The festival will also host activities raising awareness on animal welfare.

Food stalls will also offer delicious meals throughout the day and on entry, pets must be registered with mandatory veterinary and temperament checks.

Pets need to also have their valid pet passport along with valid vaccinations as per UAE law.

Visitors can also enjoy a big sale till 27 February, with discounts at Souk Al Marfa.
