Get ready, Dubai residents! The prestigious Dubai World Cup is making its grand return at Meydan Racecourse on 30 March 2024, promising a thrilling blend of top-notch sporting prowess and social extravaganza. Since its inception in 1996, the Dubai World Cup has been a symbol of grandeur and excitement, constantly raising the bar in the world of horse racing. Over the years, it has evolved into one of the most anticipated events on Dubai's social and sporting calendar, drawing participants and spectators from across the globe.

In 2023, Japan's Yuga Kawada won the exciting USD 12 million Dubai World Cup atop the formidable Ushba Tesoro, continuing the tradition of breathtaking performances and high-stakes competition. And now, in 2024, the Dubai World Cup is set to attract top horses and riders from more than 19 countries. The 2024 edition promises to be an unforgettable showcase of skill, speed, and sportsmanship with esteemed partners such as Emirates, DP World, Gulf News, Al Tayer Motors, Longines, Azizi, District One, Mubadala and CNN International.

Taking place at the Meydan Racecourse, the Dubai World Cup will have a total prize money of USD 30.5 million up for grabs across nine exhilarating races. Among the highlights is the marquee Dubai World Cup race, boasting a staggering prize of USD 12 million, making it one of the richest races in the world.

The Dubai World Cup is not just a sporting event; it's a testament to Dubai's vision and commitment to excellence.
