Seven days before the long National Day weekend is here and as the UAE gets ready to celebrate its Golden Jubilee, here are a range of fun events and activities to participate in that are sure to make the upcoming weekend and the week leading up to the National Day is a worthwhile one. The Dubai Motor Show is back with an amazing rebrand, #NoFilterDXB and is set to offer individuals with a fun, lifestyle event. Attendees can enjoy exclusive car launches, customised cars, music, sporting activities and more. As part of the event, the Dubai Supercar Parade will take place on 27 November at 8.30am, with the supercars going from the Dubai Harbour to JBR to JLT and back to the Harbour, where they will be on display for the rest of the event.

Beat Diabetes Campaign

The Beat Diabetes Campaign hosted by Landmark Group is aimed at spreading awareness on diabetes as well as methods to manage the disease. The day-long event at Zabeel Park will host a series of activities including a 3km walk to encourage working out daily, blood sugar testing kiosks, Zumba, yoga, healthy cooking classes and more. Landmark Group will also partner with Dubai Carbon Centre of Excellence to measure the carbon emissions from the event and will offset the carbon emissions to make it a carbon-neutral event.
