Green Planet Dubai Launches 'Yoga At The Rainforest' Experience
Updated on 26 January 2024

Yoga offers holistic benefits for the mind, body, and soul, promoting fitness, stress relief, and a sense of calm. To take yoga up a level, The Green Planet Dubai has introduced 'Yoga at the Rainforest', a 60-minute live streaming yin yoga and meditation session. In collaboration with Core Direction, this immersive experience takes participants to a lush green sanctuary amidst 3,000 plants and animals, set within the Middle East's only indoor tropical forest.

'Yoga at the Rainforest' will take place on Saturday, 27 January, from 7.30am to 9.30am and is priced at Dhs 149 per person. Offering a setting that goes beyond the typical yoga studio setting, yoga participants should bring their mobile phones and headphones to get a close-up view of every movement, ensuring a seamless and engaging yoga session, along with yoga mats, towels and water.

The yoga experience at The Green Planet Dubai complements the biodome's offerings, aiming to enhance overall well-being through a holistic approach to wellness. It underscores the connection between yoga, nature, and mental well-being, providing a comprehensive approach to health.

When visiting The Green Planet Dubai, make sure not to miss the chance to experience the tropical weather. Witness the thunderstorm in the rainforest, bringing the vibrant ecosystem to life and creating captivating highlights. Occurring twice daily at 1pm and 5pm, the storm lasts for about 5 minutes, ample time to enjoy dancing in the rain!

So hurry, book your tickets now!
