Dubai Comedy Festival Begins!

The Dubai Comedy Festival is now here and is sure to have attendees laughing for days.

Running from 12 to 22 May, comedy fans can enjoy a series of hilarious stand-up comedians putting on amazing shows.

The tour begins with Russell Peters performing as part of his 'Act Your Age' world tour on 12 May followed by hilarious comedian, Vir Das on 13 May, both held at The Agenda.

The Laughter Factory, known for bringing the laughs to Dubai every month will host two sets of shows during the festival, the first set featuring comedians, Ger Staunton, Aurie Styla and John Fothergill performing from 13 to 17 May and Ali Sultan, Corey Rodrigues and Daisy Earl performing from 18 to 22 May.

The entertaining Jo Koy will perform on 14 May at the Coca Cola Arena and Alaa El Sheikh, Noha Kato and Mohamed Helmy will perform an Arabic show at The Theatre at Mall of the Emirates on 17 May.

The Backroom at Bla Bla Dubai will also host a series of amazing comedy performances from 14 to 20 May and will feature a lineup of entertaining artists.

The Theatre at Mall of the Emirates will see two Arabic shows with Adi Khalifa, Ahmad Al Shammari and Eman Khallouf performing on 17 May followed by Shaden Fakih, Chaker Bou Abdalla and Nour Hajjar on 19 May.

Josh Widdicombe will put on a funny show on 18 May at The Agenda with Loyiso Gola performing on 20 May at the Coca Cola Arena.

Bringing French comedy to Dubai is Gad Elmaleh with his show on 20 May at The Agenda.

The last show of the festival will be held at The Agenda on 21 May with hilarious stand-up Bassam Youssef performing.
