A Look At The Michelin Starred Dubai Restaurants

The first-ever Michelin Guide in Dubai has been announced and features 69 amazing restaurants in Dubai to dine at.

Out of the 69 restaurants featured, 14 restaurants received the Bib Gourmand, with the highly sought Michelin stars given to 11 exceptional restaurants with nine restaurants receiving a one-star Michelin rating and two restaurants receiving a two-star rating.

TWO STARS:

  • Il Ristorante - Niki Romito

Il Ristorante - Niki Romito is the one-stop destination for delicious modern Italian cooking. The ingredients are fresh and imported straight from Italy. While at the restaurant, enjoy dishes like roasted glazed lamb, Barolo slow-braised beef cheek, linguini pasta with lobster and prawns, spaghettoni with sea urchins and more. Located at Bulgari Hotel in Jumeriah, the restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars for its exceptional cooking and is synonymous with balance, purity and clarity.

  • STAY by Yannick Alleno

Situated at the One&Only The Palm, STAY by Yannick Alleno has been awarded two Michelin stars for its delicious and skillfully created French cuisine. The restaurant serves diners tasty dishes including praline mille-feuille, Black Angus beef tenderloin, spit-roasted lamb leg, stew beef Bourguignon style and more.

  • 11 Woodfire

11 Woodfire at Jumeirah 1, owned by Chef Akmal Anuar, received one Michelin star for its amazing grills. The restaurant offers a variety of seafood, meat and vegetable dishes including beef skewers, Atlantic seabass, leeks, Japanese eggplant, Black Angus T-bone, Wagyu burger, lamb ribs, burnt cheesecake and more.

Situated at the luxury Burj Al Arab, Al Muntaha is known for serving delicious French dishes. Hakkasan located at the Atlantis Hotel offers diners tasty fine-dining dishes with a modern take on Cantonese cuisine. Höseki, the second restaurant at Bulgari Hotel to receive a Michelin star is known for its luxury Japanese cooking. Created by Chef Masahiro Sugiyama, the restaurant serves an Omakase experience where the diners let the Chef decide their meal. The restaurant serves a variety of sushi, miso soup and Japanese omelette.
